The cookery school is based in a purpose built kitchen in the watermill style winery building at Galleywood vineyard.
Whether you are a confident cook, a fanatical foodie or a budding beginner, the cookery school at Galleywood has a class for you. Our purpose built cookery school offers a wide variety of courses which are ideal for learning a little extra about fine cuisine along with the chef skills to enable you to create impeccable dishes under the expert guidance of our chef tutors.
Choose from a varied selection of full day, hands on cookery classes and be inspired by our classically trained chefs who will take you through a journey of modern British cuisine, Patisserie, Pasta, Sauces, Bread ......to name a few! Whether you are cooking comforting food for your friends or families, hosting a fabulous dinner party or celebrating with some delicious patisserie we will give you the skills required in a friendly and fun class
