Service Description
Come and join us in the cookery school for a hands on class to learn all things patisserie. During this full day class you will learn to create some classic french patisserie. The class will involve you creating a Frasier cake, Choux Buns and mini french Tartè -Impress your friends and family with your pastry skills. This class is suitable for those with some kitchen experience but can be adapted for those with little experience. Don't worry if cake has never been your thing! we will be there to help you through the whole day so that you walk away with fabulous patisserie to show off to your friends and family but more/equally importantly the skills to re create again at home in your kitchen. On the day we will provide you with all the ingredients for you to prepare the patisserie. The ingredients will be pre weighed ready to get the course off to a quick start. You will prepare all items on but for some components you may create as a pair. There is no washing up to do on the day as we have a wonderful kitchen assistant who will take care of that for you, so all of your time will be used for the creation of great food. I am sorry but we are unable to take bookings for any of our cookery classes for those with life threatening dietary requirements. If you have another dietary need then please call/ email us before booking the class to discuss if the class is suitable or if an adaption can be made.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy: In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your place on a class, you may do so in writing by email or by post no later than 14 days prior to the class date without charge. However, if you cancel less than 14 days prior to the class date, you will not be eligible for a refund, you may of course swap the name on your booking so someone else can attend in your place. Although highly unlikely, we do reserve the right to cancel a class or course due to circumstances beyond our control, in which case you can either transfer your booking to an equivalent class or a full refund will be given.
